Castlelyons woman appointed partner at Deloitte

Louise Kelly from Castlelyons, has been appointed Partner in Doilette’s tax practice, having been with the firm for 14 years.

Deloitte, the leading business advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Castlelyons native Louise Kelly, as Partner in the firm's Tax Practice.

A daughter of Bob and Teresa Kelly, Glenarouske, Louise is a past pupil of Castlelyons National School and Loreto Secondary School, Fermoy.

Previously a director with Deloitte, Louise will advise clients on complex tax matters and deliver high-quality solutions to address their business issues. She brings over 13 years’ experience to her new role. Having joined the firm in 2001, she led Deloitte's Irish desk in New York during 2011 and 2012.

Louise advises Irish and multinational companies on a wide range of Irish and international tax matters. She has significant experience in inward investment projects and international tax planning with a particular focus on advising companies in the life sciences and technology industries as well as having extensive experience providing advice on cross-border M&A transactions.

Louise holds a BSc in Accounting from University College Cork and is an associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute.
