It is that time of year again for ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ in Araglin and what an exciting show it promises to be. Do you remember last year or hearing about it? The build up and excitement was something else.

This year, 10 couples are being put through their paces under the meticilous eye of the delightful choreographer/dance teacher and producer, Aileen McMurtry from Castlelyons. Aileen reports that all participants are doing very well and come Easter Sunday (April 5), they will delight us with jives, rumbas, quicksteps and many more.

A brilliant show is in store for all to see with a very high standard sure to be set. It is to be adjudicated by four independent judges, the audience too can participate in the outcome by voting for each couple.

Tickets at €20 go on sale on a first come first served basis in Araglin Community Hall on Sat., March 14th from 4 till 8pm. Light refreshments will be served on the night, strictly over 18s.
