Planning permission for 22 new houses at Moorepark East, Kilworth, has been submitted to Cork County Council. The applicant seeks to develop 10 detached houses and 12 semi-detached houses, with entrance to the development via the R667 regional road.
Within the development, a mix of three-bedroom semi-detached houses, and four and five-bedroom detached units is proposed.
Construction of a new farmyard entrance adjoining the existing domestic farmhouse entrance is also sought as part of the application, along with all associated site development works.
