A design team has been appointed and pre-planning engagement is ongoing to progress the development of 100 homes at Uplands, Fermoy.
Under Phase 1 and 3 of the development, Cork County Council plan to develop one, two, and three-bed units.
Construction has already been completed on Phase 2 of the development, off College Road in Fermoy, comprising of 11 one and two-bed housing units. Phase two commenced in January 2024 and was substantially completed by January 2025.
