Doneraile’s new look is ‘progressing nicely’, says county engineer Brendan O’Gorman, with landscaping and public lighting on the way at Turnpike Cross, and he expects the work there to be completed in the next three weeks.
“We have Cornahinch more or less finished now bar the landscaping and tree planting. Turnpike Cross is progressing nicely. The contractor is on site there over the last two weeks.”
He confirmed that over the next three weeks he expects that portion of the project to be completed, and works can begin on the final project on the main street.
