It was back to the bad old days in Fermoy on Wednesday as the town was subjected to long queues of traffic following an incident that saw the closure of a section of the M8 during Storm Barra on Tuesday.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single-vehicle incident when a truck overturned on the bridge on the M8 over the Blackwater near Fermoy on Tuesday afternoon.
