A plan to tackle the serious problem of dog fouling in the Mitchelstown area will be discussed at the next Environmental Department meeting at Cork County Council.
The issue was raised by Cllr June Murphy at this week’s Fermoy Municipal District meeting, held in the town.
Cllr Murphy put forward a motion requesting her fellow councillors to formulate an action plan to tackle the dog fouling issue in Mitchelstown.
