Keep fit enthusiasts were set a new challenge, when they assembled in Liam Lynch Military Camp & Shooting Range (Kilworth Camp) last Saturday for, what was billed, as the ‘Crixus Hyrox Simulation’ event – a series of timed endurance tests.
Those behind the venture, which attracted a large crowd, were the Fermoy based Crixus Gym – a facility run by Nicola Mannix and Patrick Walsh.
