Ballyvolane House Spirits Company Ltd, based at Ballyvolane House in Castlelyons, were among those to secure a win at this year’s Blas na hÉireann awards.
Bertha’s Revenge Sloe Gin, which is distilled and bottled by co-founders Justin Green and Antony Jackson in Castlelyons, picked up a bronze medal.
Speaking with The Avondhu earlier this week, Mr Green said that they are ‘absolutely delighted’ with the recognition.
