The idea to organise a charity cycle in aid of local teenager Sinead Kearney who suffers from Lyme Disease was hatched way back in the early days of June by 6 local cycling enthusiasts.

The idea to organise a charity cycle in aid of local teenager Sinead Kearney who suffers from Lyme Disease was hatched way back in the early days of June by 6 local cycling enthusiasts.

The 6, Mick Barry, Paudie Noonan, Liam Hoskins, Jimmy Johnson, Finbarr Quirke and Dave Keane set themselves the target of having 100 participants. Two cycles routes were organised for August 30, a 25km family cycle and a 100km cycle for the more adventurous.
