Senior citizens from Ballyhooly and surrounding areas were invited to the local community hall last Sunday for the annual get together.
This is a long running event and greatly appreciated by those who get to sit down and enjoy the hospitality.
In keeping with the high standards of organisers, there was an elaborate spread laid on and the sumptuous meal was enjoyed by all.
Margaret Lombard and Joe Forde cut the cake – both these individuals have been staunch supporters of this party over the years.
