SEAT Ireland achieves sensational sales results for the month of February

SEAT Ireland continues to grow its position as one of the fastest growing car brand in the Irish market achieving the highest market share in the history of the brand of 3.9% for the month of February.

SEAT has enjoyed a tremendous start to 2019 recording remarkable sales performance resulting in an overall market share of 3.4%. Year to date, SEAT sales are up an incredible 8% in a market which is down 12% overall.

One of the key drivers to SEAT’s continued success this year is the performance of the brand’s outstanding SUV range.

The award-winning SEAT Arona Crossover and stunning SEAT Ateca accounted for a staggering 55% of SEAT’s sales in the month of February and the introduction of our fantastic new SEAT Tarraco 7 seater SUV is adding to this success as the incoming orders rise.

Once again Ireland’s Small Crossover of the Year 2019, the SEAT Arona, continues to be a hit with Irish motorists and accounted for an impressive 35% of sales in February 2019.

This continues the ongoing success story for the SEAT Arona with sales of the crossover up a staggering 73% compared to this time last year.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

Meanwhile, the SEAT Ateca continued its outstanding performance in the Irish market since its arrival in 2016. These fantastic results are clear evidence of SEAT’s now firmly established position in the SUV market and cements SEAT as one of the fastest growing car brands in Ireland.
