‘Sale agreed’ on Presentation Convent Chapel

A sale has been agreed on the Presentation Convent Chapel building in Fermoy.

The building, located in the heart of Fermoy town, directly overlooking Pearse Square, has been the centre of much attention recently after locals voiced their concerns regarding the condition of the building.

This week, a diocesan spokesperson confirmed to The Avondhu that there is a ‘sale agreed’ on the prominent Fermoy building.

It is understood that the sale agreed is to a private buyer within the Fermoy surrounds.
