Gardai have issued fines for breaches of lockdown laws in the general Avondhu region and surrounding area.
The €100 fines were issued by gardai when they encountered people who were socialising and exercising outside of their 5km zone.
The biggest alleged breach was in the Bottlehill, Burnfort area where several North Cork Gardai were dispatched to deal with a road bowling game.
A spokesman has said that gardai went to the incident at 1.30pm on Sunday last where they found 50 people who were all allegedly outside of their 5km area.
“There was some engagement with those present and there were 15 fines issued.
