The final stage of works get under way this week on the Rathcormac Nature Reserve which will be open to the public next spring. 

The final phase will cost in the region of €50,000 and at least €15,000 of that needs to be raised by Rathcormac Game and Wildlife Club who have been developing the nature reserve in Corrin since 2013.

The idea to develop a nature reserve arose during the boom when a major amount of land was being reclaimed and major road infrastructure and housing developments began to take over in the area.
