The Rathcormac Inn was the setting for last Saturday’s race night – a fundraiser for St Patrick’s Community Hospital, Fermoy.

Stalwarts of the hospital fundraising committee like Willie Cannon, Sheena O’Brien, Catherine Williams and Marian O’Callaghan (to name but a few) were out in force for the event. Organisers are grateful to everyone who assisted with the race night, especially, Donal Cotter, who did trojan work.

Fermoy hospital is fortunate to have such a dedicated committee, essentially fundraising on a permanent basis. Thanks to their efforts, the hospital lacks for little in terms of equipment.
