Customers who order a new ‘172’ 500X can enjoy a guaranteed scrappage bonus of up to €3,500 as part of new pricing announced by Fiat Ireland. 

To mark the new 172 plate in July, there’s also a guaranteed scrappage bonus of €3,000 for Pop Star and Cross versions of the Fiat 500X, plus price reductions of up to 12% across the range.

The Pop Star trim replaces Pop and prices start from €19,995, reduced from €22,250. It features 16-inch alloy wheels, 5-inch touchscreen radio with bluetooth, Uconnect live services, body-coloured wing mirrors, leather steering wheel, rear parking sensors, electric windows, electric handbrake, cruise control with speed limiter, air-conditioning, fog lights with cornering function, space saver spare wheel and six speakers.

The Lounge trim starts from €21,995 for 1.6 E-Torq 110hp and as well as the features to be found on the Pop Star, includes privacy glass, bi-xenon headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels, lane departure warning, 3.5-inch colour TFT instrument cluster, 6.5-inch touchscreen DAB radio with sat nav and bluetooth, keyless entry & go plus half leather interior.

The 500X off-road prices now kick off at €22,645 (a reduction of €2,205 for the Cross 1.4 M-Air 140hp and it features traction plus, mood selector, half leather interior, privacy glass, chrome exhaust tip, 17-inch alloy wheels, 5-inch touchscreen radio with bluetooth, Uconnect live services, body-coloured wing mirrors, leather steering wheel, rear parking sensors, electric windows, electric handbrake, cruise control with speed limiter, air-conditioning, fog lights with cornering function, space saver spare wheel and six speakers.

Customers can upgrade to the Cross Plus for an additional €2,000, retail price of €24,645 (a saving of €2,505 compared to previous price of €27,150). In addition to the specification of the Cross model, the Cross Plus offers, bi-xenon headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, lane departure warning, 3.5-inch colour TFT instrument cluster, 6.5-inch touchscreen DAB radio with sat nav and bluetooth, keyless entry & go plus half leather interior.

An all-new S-Design trim expected to arrive in July, will be available with the 1.3 95hp and 1.6 120hp Multijet diesel engines. Prices start from €23,245 and the S-Design features 18-inch alloy wheels, dark-finished xenon headlights, dark finished interior, privacy glass, black roof rails (off road version only), dual zone air conditioning, 5-inch touchscreen DAB radio with sat nav and bluetooth, keyless entry & go.
