Cork County Council is seeking Part 8 planning permission for the refurbishment of existing services within the structure of the Fermoy Leisure Centre.

Their proposals include the removal of an obsolete fuel oil tank, the removal of an obsolete sauna, steam room and plant room, and the construction of a new sauna, steam room and plant room on the site.
