O’Callaghan’s claim haul of medals at World Racquetball Championships

Four days of competition on international soil yielded a strong haul of medals and a wealth of experience for the O’Callaghan family from Fermoy, who competed recently at the World Singles and Doubles Racquetball Championships held in Denver. 

Veteran Noel O’Callaghan led the way, claiming a gold medal in the O45A competition, to add to the numerous titles he has accumulated over his years of competing in the sport. Also competing in the O45s competition, he was unfortunately beaten at the quarter-final stage. 

Sons, Conor and Darragh, also joined their father on the courts, both competing in the Men’s B and C categories.
