Morrison Run4Fun 2015 in aid of Childline.

The Morrison Run4Fun 2015 will take place in Cahir on Wednesday, 29th April at 7.30pm. Morrison is delighted to announce that Childline will be the 2015 beneficiary for the Run4Fun.

Now in its third year, this event which takes place with the support of Clonmel Athletic Club attracted good participation and has raised vital funds for the nominated charities.

The 4 Mile road race caters for everyone from athletes to joggers and walkers, all participating for a good cause. For every participant a donation will be made to Childline so the more participants the more funds this worthy cause will receive.

Commenting on the announcement, Gary Morrison, Head of Business, Morrison said: "This is the third year we have partnered with Clonmel Athletic Club to host the Run4Fun and we are very pleased to be able to offer our support to Childline’s 24 hour listening service for children. We are looking forward to the event and as someone who enjoys running as a way of keeping fit, I believe that Run4Fun is a fantastic, fun and healthy way for the public to show their support for a very worthy cause."

Registration will commence at 6pm at the Morrison Showrooms, Cork Road, Cahir, Co Tipperary. The entry fee is just €8 and will be taken on the night. There will also be great prizes on the night.

The Run4Fun comes at the end of the Morrison sponsored Inter Firms 6k Series, organised by Clonmel Athletic Club, which will start on Wednesday, 25th March in Clonmel for five weeks.
