There have been an alarming number of break-ins in the Mitchelstown area over the past few weeks.

There have been an alarming number of break-ins in the Mitchelstown area over the past few weeks, with locals fearing that their houses and routines are being watched and noted.

Over the past few weeks, houses in Ballygiblin, Liam Lynch Park, Mulberry Road, Mitchelscourt and Church Street have all been broken into. The most recent break-in was on Church Street on Tuesday night of this week.
