Locals caught out by 2FM pranksters in Fermoy

Settling in for a bit of telly on Christmas Eve, viewers were surprised to see a number of locals in Fermoy get caught out by pranksters Doireann Garrihy, Donncha O’Callaghan and Carl Mullan of 2FM’s Breakfast Show.

Pulling up at Barnane in a van stamped ‘D & D’s Eco Disposal’, the celebrity broadcasters’ donned hazmat suits, gloves and masks as they attempted to dispose of barrels of the toxic-looking green and orange liquid into the Blackwater River, all part of a stunt for ‘The Full Irish Hidden Camera Show’.

Unsuspecting locals were stopped in their tracks as the disguised tricksters managed to rope them in on the act …
