On Tuesday, 9th February and Thursday, 11th February, LIA held its sixth annual Credit Union Awards ceremonies in the IMI, Dublin and the Clarion in Cork, to present successful Credit Union students with their awards.

Amongst those who received awards, were members of both Mitchelstown and Fermoy Credit Unions.

LIA were delighted that Anne Marie McKiernan, registrar of Credit Unions, Central Bank of Ireland was in attendance to address the award recipients in Dublin and in Cork to present the graduates with their awards.

The prestigious ceremony recognised the significant achievements of Credit Union students, in attaining their CUG (Credit Union Governance), CUA (Credit Union Adviser), CUC (Credit Union Compliance) various APA (Accredited Product Adviser) and QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) designations.
