Land Rover returns to the RDS this month as proud partner to the RDS National Equestrian Championships which will take place from 20th – 22nd August in the RDS Main Arena.

The Championships will consist of a select number of national show jumping and performance competitions which will run over three days behind closed doors.

All the action from the Main Arena will be presented in partnership with Land Rover and select competitions will be livestreamed on the RDS website at www.rds.ie/nationalchampionships

Land Rovers have long been the vehicle of choice for people who ride, own horses or enjoy following equestrian sport, thanks to their all-terrain performance, towing capabilities and great versatility.

The New Land Rover Defender will make its debut in the RDS Main Arena since its launch in 2019. With a towing capacity of 3,500kg it is the ultimate 4×4 for equestrian adventures.

A long-standing partner of the prestigious Dublin Horse Show, Land Rover has sponsored the popular Puissance competition for over 15 years.

Melanie McCourt, Marketing Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Ireland said: “We are very pleased to continue our support of the sport horse industry and to reaffirm our commitment to the equestrian community in what has been a very challenging time.

“We’re delighted to be back at the RDS this year for the National Equestrian Championships and we wish all competitors the very best of luck.”
