In its 8th year, the Munster Maths & Science Family Fair is an event that continues to grow.

Initially aimed at promoting science among local national school pupils, the fair is now one of the biggest events of its kind in the country.

Overseen by Mallow Development Partnership and endorsed by Cork County Council, Maths Week Ireland and the Irish American Partnership, this expo has gained the attention of major technology firms who were out in force last Sunday.

Staged in the indoor football arena of Mallow GAA Complex, this extensive space barely accommodated the multitude of stall holders that included the Defence Forces, An Garda Siochana, Kostal, Eli Lily, EPS, Ballyhoura and CoderDojo Mallow, to mention just a few.
