
Knockainey Ladies Football Club in county Limerick have been selected as one of 21 clubs that will now embark on a journey which places the emphasis on making a significant difference in local communities by providing a safe and positive space for community members to share and engage.
Clubs from 16 counties are represented, with 21 clubs featuring in the 2026 #SeriousSupport Club Programme from the Ladies Gaelic Football Association and its official retail partner, Lidl Ireland, aimed at supporting youth mental health.
All four provinces are represented in the list of participating clubs, with this programme set to make a meaningful nationwide impact. Na Piarsaigh in county Limerick have also been selected, with Cork clubs Crosshaven and Dohenys, Borrisokane Gaels from county Tipperary, as well as Erins Own Sacred Heart from county Waterford.
