The Gaelic Athletic Association has always been deeply rooted in Killavullen. While the club’s fortunes have ebbed and flowed over the decades, things are currently looking up for the players in the famous blue and white jerseys.
Following the on-field successes of the hurlers during 2017/18, it’s a case of upward and onward for last season’s junior B hurling county champions.
These home grown heroes were rightly feted at last Saturday night’s very well attended victory social in The Hibernian Hotel, Mallow.
