A fine crowd turned out in Kildorrery last Saturday, to see GAA President, Aogan O Fearghail officially open the new 350-seat spectator stand at the GAA grounds.
Speaking at last Saturday's ceremony, club chairman, Dave Roche, said the quality of the finish was a vital requirement.
"We wanted a high quality, well finished facility and thanks to Liam Kelly, Gary Cotter and Liam Young this was delivered. The club is delighted with the end product," Dave said.
He went on thank project manager, Ned Dwane for his considerable input, he also thanked his fellow officers, Joe Sherlock (secretary), Nicholas Hickey (PRO) and long serving treasurer, Willie Duggan.
