Castletownroche drifting champion, James Deane, has secured yet another title, claiming his maiden FIA Intercontinental Drifting Cup (IDC).
Following a year-long hiatus, the FIA IDC returned with James beating 16-year old sensation Nikolass Bertans in the final held on Sunday last, June 13, at the Bikernieki track in Riga, Latvia.
“It feels absolutely amazing to take the win. After a challenging start to our season, this win means the world to me. It feels so good to represent my country in such a prestigious event,” James said.
