With in-school learning for children with special educational needs set to partially reopen from February 11 following an agreement earlier this week with school staff unions, the revised plan will however see a reduced school attendance by 50%.

With special classes in mainstream primary schools due to fully reopen from February 22, many parents are feeling the strain of coping with limited support.
