Gardai are investigating a number of incidents across The Avondhu region in which burglaries and car break-ins occurred.
On Tuesday there were reports of a house break-in in the Anglesboro area.
A witness spotted three men in a 131 Black VW Scirocco leaving the scene and people are asked to keep a look out for the car and report any sightings to gardai.
The gardai have asked that no one should approach the vehicle if spotted and to call the local garda station.
There was also a report of a number of break-ins to cars in the general Fermoy area.
This trend continues despite warning from Garda authorities to ensure your car is locked even for the shortest time and to keep valuables out of sight, preferably locked in the booth.
