Huge occasion for Fermoy’s Post 25

Sunday last (November 22) marked a mile-stone in Post 25s history with an official opening of new premises in Fitzgerald Place, Fermoy.

Post 25 (Fermoy associated military personnel and UN veterans) are 13 years in existence.

Unfortunately, Fermoy is no longer the strategically important Defence Forces hub it once was, however, the army tradition remains strong – due in no small part to the efforts of Post 25 volunteers.
