Keys to some of the recently completed houses in the latest phase of the Uplands development in Fermoy have been issued to tenants.
Consisting of 11 one and two-bed houses, the completion of Phase 2 of the development was welcome news for many awaiting homes in the area.
Mike Lyons Jr of Michael M Lyons Builders, scheme contractors, said that most of those involved on the project came from within half an hour travel from Fermoy.
