Home Design Workshop comes to Fermoy’s Community Youth Centre
Fermoy Community Youth Centre is the setting for a range of sporting, social, business and cultural pursuits. Always impeccably presented, it has a variety of spaces which are used by clubs, organisations and voluntary groups.
Keen to broaden its appeal, the centre hosted a Heath and Wellbeing afternoon on Saturday last. Some of the activities being promoted included yoga, tai chi, mindfullness, weight loss, Dancing For Birth, thai boxing, zumba, squash, handball and racquetball. Representatives from these disciplines, among others, were in attendance to inform, assist and advise visiting members of the public.
