Fermoy Against Bullying week in full flow
A wealth of healthy options were on the stove in TO Park last week, for a cookery demonstration in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation.
Chef Frank Moynihan, who runs his own cookery school in Kerry, showed people how to cook spelt bread, nettle soup, quiche and a chicken pie, giving helpful tips and hints along the way.
The organisers would like to thank everyone who supported the cookery demonstration and to remind people that Happy Heart Day will be on May 1 and all support would be greatly appreciated.
A Church gate collection in aid of The Irish Heart Foundation in Ballylanders recently also raised €394 for the charity and those who volunteered to collect and all those who contributed, are to be thanked for their help and support.
