While speedy progress can be seen at the Primary Care Centre currently being developed at Mill Island in Fermoy, the HSE have confirmed that they have yet to move on-site to begin their fit-out, and planning permissions have only recently been ironed out on the development.
An Bord Pleanala has recently settled on a decision regarding the development following the cases’ referral to the body, due to difficulty settling one of the attached planning conditions.
The case was appealed by PAMES Development Ltd on behalf of the planning applicant, Glencar Healthcare, the developer, in relation to a condition that referred to a development contribution in which the amount payable is unspecified.
