Further traffic surveys are being considered under the Fermoy Rural Regeneration and Development Fund (RRDF) Town Centre Renewal Project.
According to Municipal District Officer, Margaret O’Donoghue, further surveys are being considered to assess how the urban realm improvements could be implemented with the current traffic volumes.
“Fermoy MD have contacted roads department/national roads with a view to arranging a wider analysis of the town to inform public realm design,” Ms O’Donoghue said.
