Final tour of the year from Avondhu Blackwater Partnership

The final bus tour from Avondhu Blackwater Partnership for the year will visit a number of Blackwater Valley gems.

Avondhu Blackwater Partnership is running its final guided tour of 2013 with a visit to a number of gems in the Blackwater Valley on Thursday, November 14th.

The tour includes tea and scones at Longueville House with a talk on their cider and apple brandy production, time to ramble around Mallow town before lunch in the Hibernian Hotel, followed by an afternoon at Blackwater Castle, Castletownroche, where an Irish coffee will be served as the group hears about the fascinating history of the castle from the proprietors.

The coach will depart from Fermoy Town Park at 9.15am. Collections can be arranged in Ballyhooly, Castletownroche, Killavullen and Mallow en route to Longueville.
