The Local Authority Housing Scheme at Oliver Plunkett Hill in Fermoy, which will see the construction of 10 new housing units, has been approved to tender stage by Cork County Council.
Tenders are to be returned by early July for the project, which will include three one-bed units, six two-bed units and one three-bed unit.
Over €2 million was allocated for the project by then Housing Minister Jan O’Sullivan under the Local Authority Home Building Initiative in March 2014 . . .
