The planned heathcare facility at Mill Island in Fermoy has been granted permission with revised conditions by An Bord Pleanala.
The decision of Cork County Council has been upheld and the developer UHPC International, will be allowed to change the use of building at Mill Island to a Primary Healthcare Centre.
The development will also include construction building, the extension of the existing building, refurbishment of protected structure building, and reconfiguration of car park and inclusion of signage.
