In a departure from other years, the Fermoy and Mitchelstown area heats of the annual over 60s talent competition are to be combined and held in one venue this year.
They’ll take place in TO Park on Tuesday next, February 26. No heats will be held in Fermoy on Thursday night next, February 28, as previously announced.
All those eligible to enter from Fermoy and outlying areas are welcome at the heats in Mitchelstown. Organiser Paddy O’Brien says that entrants from all of north Cork and south Limerick can enter the long-running and popular competition.
