Excellent job by Fermoy Rifle Club

Fermoy Rifle Club hosted the International Irish Open Target Shooting Competition at its facility in Ballyhooly last weekend. It was an exceptionally busy few days for club members, who had everything in order for this prestigious event.

Participants, including teams from England and Germany, were glowing in their praise of facilities, which are regarded as among the best in the country.

ON THE GO FOR OVER 3 DECADES

Fermoy Rifle Club was established 32 years ago by a small group of shooting enthusiasts. Over those 3 decades, the club has grown steadily, attracting members from a wide catchment. Long serving secretary, Kieran Barry, said he was delighted with how things went last weekend.
