The Fermoy Committee of Cork Mental Health are issuing an open invitation to attend their evening of reflection, remembrance, light and hope to guide people through this Christmas season.  The event will be held in the beautiful surroundings of St Patrick’s Church, Fermoy this Sunday, December 8 at 7.30pm.  Everyone is welcome.

At Christmas time, life can be very busy and their hope is that this hour will give people the opportunity to take time out and reflect on things.  It could be that someone has suffered the loss of a job or a relationship, maybe illness has touched their family, or perhaps they’ve have suffered the death of someone close.

The aim of the organisers for the evening is to bring people from Fermoy and surrounding communities together in quiet reflection.  Over the course of the hour they will guide people in music, song, poetry, sharing light and hope, through the lighting of candles.
