The design and layout plans for the new 10-unit social housing block along Barrack Hill in Fermoy has been released by Cork County Council architects this week.
Construction work has recently started on the project, with MMD Construction Cork Ltd serving as contractor on a 12-month contract. The total cost of the project is €1.85m plus site costs, utility connection fees and technical fees.
