Allsop Space recorded strong sales at a packed RDS for their latest property auction on September 16th where the gavel fell on ten properties from all corners of Co Cork.

Among the ten Cork lots was a creche unit at Riversdale, Rathcormac which sold at €120,000, that being the top of the reserve for the detached single storey crèche unit extending to approximately 261sq metres.

Land at Ringacoltig, Ringmeen, Rushbrooke in Cobh comprising a residential development site extending to approximately 3.15 hectares sold for €655,000, almost three times the reserve while The Rock House, Midleton – a detached building arranged to provide five self contained residential units, sold for €280,000 (the reserve was €150,000).

A site extending to approx 0.687 hectares with potential for car showroom development at Eastgate, Little Islandsold for €175,000, midway in the €165,000 – €185,000 reserve, while an office building comprising of two storey office accommodation at Great Island Enterprise Park in Ballincollig, sold for €150,000, well in excess of the reserve range of €80,000 – €100,000.
