A 300 strong crowd followed ‘the country stars’ to Cappoquin Community Centre on Wednesday, 10th April.
Big acts and big crowds are becoming synonymous with this spacious west Waterford venue and few could complain about a line up that was a who’s who of country and Irish music: Robert Mizzell, Patrick Feeney, Declan Nerney, Mick Flavin, John Hogan and John McNicholl.
John McNicholl travelled the furthest, having set out from Derry earlier in the day. “Any time I’ve come here, I’ve got a tremendous welcome …” the Northerner said.
