Killavullen’s Conor Shanahan has written his name into the history books once again, claiming both the 2025 Drift Masters European Championship and the Grand Finale victory last weekend in front of 50,000 fans inside Warsaw’s PGE Narodowy stadium.

The Cork star entered the season decider with everything still to play for, but when rival Piotr Wiecek was eliminated in the Top 32, the title was mathematically sealed. Four Irish drivers finished inside the championship’s top 10 – a staggering display of dominance on the European stage for the Irish drifters. Conor’s brother, Jack, joined him on the podium with third overall, while James Deane finished fifth and Conor Falvey rounded out the top 10.
