“If it does continue, we will have to take it further” – Kilworth Celtic Football Club have issued a stark warning that if anti-social behaviour at the club’s top class facility doesn’t cease, they will be forced to report any incidents to Gardaí.
The club has recently been targeted by vandals, in particular, their relatively new public toilets, with the doors being ‘kicked in’ by the culprits to gain entry.
Drink bottles, cans and ‘all sorts’ have been discovered in the toilets following the break-ins.
In recent weeks, the locks on the toilet doors have been repaired or replaced on numerous occasions due to the damage inflicted and now, the club are looking at installing metal-cage protective equipment on the exterior of the door to prevent further incidents.
