I wonder would any of your readers be interested in climbing Slieve Donard in Co Down on Saturday, May 25?
At 850 metres, it’s the highest mountain in Ulster. Because of inclement weather the planned climb last month of Slieve Donard was cancelled. It’s all part of Climb 4 Concern.
The climb is open to people of all fitness levels.
Registration fee is €25 and climbers are asked to raise €50 for Concern.
It’s a one-day event and readers of The Avondhu are guaranteed a great day.
