On this Sunday, August 1st, the first drive in concert in Castlelyons will commence at 2.30pm. The well known and well loved Derek Bourke will provide the music, song and entertainment in a way that only Derek can.
Gates open at 1.30pm – bring your own refreshments or picnic for a brilliant Bank Holiday Sunday.
Stewards will be on hand to assist with parking and any other needs you may have, tea, coffee and snacks will be available from our own local mobile Coffee Beo outlet which will be positioned as near as possible to the audience for ease of movement.
A big thank you to Derek for giving this opportunity to the community to launch this type of event in Fr Ferris Park and it was lucky that he had bank holiday Sunday available.
Any funds raised will go to the many community projects on hand and in the pipeline. We are hopeful of good local support along with Derek’s many fans attending on Sunday.
